VIT AD3E 300 Inj.: Vitamin Injection

Composition per ml:

Vitamin A: 300,000 IU

Vitamin D3: 100,000 IU

Vitamin E: 50 mg

Description:

Vitamin A plays a crucial role in protecting epithelial tissues (including the conjunctiva and skin) and mucous membranes, serving as a defense against infections. Symptoms of deficiency include hyperkeratosis (skin), xerophthalmia, night blindness, nerve symptoms, and compromised growth and productivity. Vitamin D3 ensures proper calcium-phosphorus metabolism. It also plays a role in the absorption and transportation of Ca++ ions and enhances the calcification of mucous membranes. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant. Its antioxidant effect is linked to stabilizing vitamin A metabolism (used to stabilize A vitamin in feed) and interacting with unsaturated fatty acids (deficiency symptoms include muscle disorders). After injection, vitamins are rapidly and fully absorbed, providing a quick therapeutic effect. Due to the high concentration of vitamins A and D3, this preparation has a prolonged prophylactic effect.

Indications:

VIT AD3E 300 Inj. is indicated for the treatment and prevention of deficiencies in vitamins A, D3, and/or E, associated with general bacterial infections; non-infectious reproductive and vision pathologies; Enteritis, rickets, recovery, and skin issues.

Contraindications:

Excessive dosage of vitamin D3 can lead to hypercalcemia in young animals.

Additional Information:

Not to be administered to young animals within 1 week. Not recommended for kittens.

Dosage and Administration:

For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration.

Horses, Large Ruminants: 5-10 ml per animal

Cattle: 3 ml per animal

Calves: 5 ml per animal

Pigs: 2-3 ml per animal

Sheep, Goats: 4 ml per animal

Withdrawal Period:

Meat: Horses, Large Ruminants: 70 hours

Cattle, Pigs: 30 hours

Calves: 40 hours

Storage:

Store between 8°C and 15°C in a cool, dark place.

Packaging:

Available in 100 ml glass vials (48 vials per box).
