Antiprotozoal Injection Solution

Composition:

Each ml contains 50 mg Buparvaquone.

Indications:

For the treatment of tropical theileriosis caused by T. annulata, T. parva, T. bovis, T. mutans, and T. sergenti in large ruminants. Buparvaquone has a specific effect against theileriosis. Parvakuvil antiprotozoal injection solution can be administered during the incubation and clinical phases of the disease, and it is effective against schizonts and other stages of the parasite in red blood cells.

Dosage and Usage:

Pharmacological Dose:

The pharmacological dose for large ruminants is 2.5 mg/kg of body weight.

Practical Dose:

The practical dose for large ruminants is 1 ml per 20 kg of body weight. A single dose is sufficient for treatment. In severe cases, a single dose can be repeated after 48 to 72 hours.

Note:

Parvakuvil antiprotozoal injection solution should be administered only into the deep intramuscular muscles of the neck.

Available in bottles of 20 ml and 50 ml.
