Mechanism of action: Metazeb has two components: Mancozeb is a broad-spectrum non-systemic fungicide. It affects many biosynthetic processes in oomycetes and fungi, preventing plant infection by contact and protective action, ensuring the pathogen's destruction before it enters the plant tissue. Metalaxyl is a systemic fungicide that is absorbed by leaves, stems, and roots and provides protective and curative action. It is particularly effective against airborne and soil-borne fungal diseases.

Application: This fungicide is a combination of systemic and contact action. It is commonly used for early and late blight in potatoes and tomatoes, downy mildew and black rot in grapes, and blight in apples. It is also effective against melanose disease in citrus fruits.

Duration of action: Depending on the treated plants and the level of infection, its effectiveness lasts for 12-15 days.

Mixing: It is compatible with most fungicides and insecticides. It is advisable to conduct trials on designated areas beforehand.

Storage: The product should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place reserved for pesticide storage. It should be kept between +5°C and +35°C and protected from direct sunlight. Store away from food products, beverages, and animal feed.
