Composition:

Each syringe contains:

Ampicillin Trihydrate (corresponding to Ampicillin): 250 mg

Cloxacillin Benzathine (corresponding to Cloxacillin): 500 mg

Indications:

Masticol-DC is used for creating defense against dry period infections in dry dairy cows and for the treatment of mastitis that may occur after the last milking. Additionally, it is used to reduce cases of contagious mastitis in high-risk cows. The long-acting effective formulation of Masticol-DC is derived from a mixture of Ampicillin Trihydrate, Cloxacillin Benzathine, and aluminum stearate, providing a 28-day antibacterial effect within the mammary gland.

Usage and Dosage:

The practical dosage is applied through the teat canal after the last lactation.

Notes:

Thorough cleaning is recommended before use.

Presentation:

5 ml syringes. Each carton box contains 24 intra-mammary syringes.
