Hanceft LC
Composition:
Each syringe (10 ml) contains:
Sertiofur (in the form of hydrochloride): 125 mg
Indications:
Hanceft LC is used for the prevention and treatment of clinical mastitis associated with Staphylococci, Streptococcus Dysgalactiae, and E. Coli infections in lactating large ruminants during the lactation period. It's important to note that cows showing signs of systemic clinical mastitis should receive appropriate treatment under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian.
Dosage and Administration:
Hanceft LC is administered intra-mammarily in lactating large ruminants during the lactation period.
Usage Guidelines:
The udder is thoroughly washed with warm antiseptic water. The teat ends are dried properly.
Teat alcohol swabs are used to disinfect, and the damaged teat end is cleaned with a separate swab for each teat.
The nozzle is inserted into the teat canal, and the plunger is depressed.
The syringe is carefully withdrawn, and quarter-massage is performed to distribute the suspension within the udder.
After infusion, it is recommended to dip all teats in antiseptic.
Withdrawal Period:

Milk: 72 hours
