Han-Prost

Composition:

Each ml contains:

Cloprostenol (in the form of sodium salt) - 250 mcg

Indications:

Cattle, Horses:

To induce luteolysis, treat follicular cysts, manage pyometra, prevent or terminate unwanted pregnancies (between days 7 and 150 of gestation), synchronize estrus, and control ovulation

Control and synchronization of estrus

Swine:

Induction of parturition on the 112th day of gestation. Parturition occurs within 18-36 hours.

Pregnancy termination between days 5-35.

Sheep:

Control and synchronization of estrus

Dosage and Administration:

Cattle:

2 ml intramuscularly per animal.

For estrus control and synchronization: Administer 2 ml on days 5-15 of the estrous cycle. Estrus begins 48-72 hours after treatment. If estrus does not occur, repeat injection 11 days after the first injection. Artificial insemination should occur 72-96 hours after the second injection.

For pyometra and endometritis: Administer 2 ml 18-36 hours after injection, followed by antibiotic therapy. Repeat injection with a 10-14 day interval for two injections.

Horses:

1 ml intramuscularly per animal.

For inducing estrus: Administer 1 ml twice at 14-18 day intervals. Ovulation occurs between 6-12 days after the second injection.

Sheep:

1 ml intramuscularly per animal.

For inducing estrus: Administer 1 ml on the 5th day of the estrous cycle and again 11 days later. Estrus occurs 2 days after treatment.

For inducing premature parturition: Administer 1 dose of Han-Prost injection on the 144th day of gestation. Parturition begins 10-18 hours after intramuscular administration.

Withdrawal Period:

Meat: 24 hours

Milk: None
