Vilmectin

Injectable Solution

Composition per ml:

Each ml contains 10 mg Ivermectin.

Indications:

Vilmectin injectable solution is used in large ruminants, sheep, goats, and pigs to combat lung, eye, nasal and nodule worms (during parasite periods), gastrointestinal nematodes, mite infestations, scabies, lice, manges, and wound worms.

Usage and Dosage:

Pharmacological Dosage:

For the intended animal species, the pharmacological dosage is 0.2 mg per kg of body weight.

Practical Dosage:

Large ruminants, Camels 1 ml / 50 kg body weight

Sheep, Goats 0.5 ml / 25 kg body weight

Pigs 1 ml / 33 kg body weight

Calves 0.1 ml / 3 kg body weight

Lambs 0.1 ml / 5 kg body weight

Note:

Administer only subcutaneously.

Packaging:

Available in 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, and 250 ml vials.

Drug Residue Warning:

For large ruminants, sheep, and goats, meat from treated animals should not be sent for slaughter earlier than 28 days from the last treatment. For pigs intended for meat production, they should not be sent for slaughter earlier than 21 days from the last treatment. Milk from lactating cows, sheep, and goats intended for human consumption should not be used.
