Mechanism of action: Ultimatum is a highly effective combined insecticide and acaricide with a broad spectrum of activity against various pests in agricultural crops, including those with hidden life stages. It exhibits rapid contact and ingestion action, as well as fumigant activity, providing long-lasting effects and effectiveness against pests resistant to pyrethroids.

Application: The formulation penetrates the plant's cuticle and remains effective there. Additionally, thanks to the fumigant action of chlorpyriphos, it enters the plant's system from damaged areas caused by pests. This insecticide offers a long-lasting effect (2-3 weeks) and targets pests with hidden life stages. Unlike pyrethroids, this product is effective even at lower temperatures (8-10°C), making it suitable for early spring application against hidden larvae. It is used against various pests, including fruit and leaf miners, leafrollers, leafworms, codling moth, San Jose scale, apple aphid, fruit flies, cabbage aphids, brassica pod midge, and stem and seed weevils.

Duration of action: Depending on weather conditions and infestation level, it provides efficacy for 10-14 days after application.

Mixing: It is compatible with most fungicides and insecticides. It is advisable to conduct trials in designated areas before using it on a larger scale.

Storage: The product should be stored in its original packaging, in a cool and dry place reserved for pesticide storage. It should be kept between +5°C and +35°C and protected from direct sunlight. Store away from food products, beverages, and animal feed.
