Mechanism of action: Effekt is a systemic fungicide that is absorbed by the green parts and roots of plants, allowing it to penetrate inside the plant. Once inside, it hinders the development of the fungus and stops the production of spores, preventing the spread of the disease. Thiophanate methyl enters the plant tissues and is distributed acropetally and translaminarly, providing protection against various diseases. Effekt exhibits both preventive and curative properties as a fungicide.

Intended use: This fungicide is effective in protecting and treating fruit trees such as apple, pear, quince, and pomegranate from diseases like powdery mildew, downy mildew, monilinia blight, alternaria leaf spot. It is also used to control diseases like powdery mildew, gray rot, anthracnose in tomatoes and cucumbers, mildew in cucurbits, and Sphuerotheca pannosa in peaches.

Duration of effect: Depending on the severity of the disease, its efficacy lasts for 12-15 days.

Mixing: It is compatible with most fungicides and insecticides. It is advisable to conduct trials on designated areas beforehand.

Storage: The product should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place reserved for pesticide storage. It should be kept between +5°C and +35°C and protected from direct sunlight. Store away from food products, beverages, and animal feed.
