Mechanism of action: Difend is a systemic fungicide and serves as a curative and preventive agent against various fungal diseases. It is easily absorbed by the leaves and rapidly spreads throughout the plant, reaching its upper parts. Once inside the fungal cell, it inhibits the biosynthesis of sterols during the coloring process. As a result, the fungus loses its ability to grow and develop, leading to its elimination.

Intended use: Difend is a long-term preventive and curative systemic fungicide used for the protection and treatment of fruit plants. It effectively controls diseases such as downy mildew, leaf curl, cluster spots, coccomycosis in grapevines, alternariosis, verticillium wilt in tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes, and powdery mildew, cercosporiosis in sugar beets. It also provides protection and treatment against powdery mildew, gray rot, anthracnose in grapes.

Duration of effect: Depending on weather conditions and the severity of the disease, its efficacy lasts for 10-14 days in terms of protection and treatment.

Mixing: It is compatible with most fungicides and insecticides. It is advisable to conduct trials on designated areas beforehand.

Storage: The product should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place reserved for pesticide storage. It should be kept between +5°C and +35°C and protected from direct sunlight. Store away from food products, beverages, and animal feed.
